Waimate Disc Golf

Also known as frisbee golf, Disc Golf is the latest craze to hit Waimate, with two amazing courses to play! Played like regular golf, but instead of hitting a ball, a disc is thrown from a tee pad to a metal basket. A game for the entire family to enjoy, plus it’s free to play! So get out and give it a throw!

Discs are available to hire or purchase at Waimate Outdoors on Queen Street. Course maps and park rules can be found at Victoria Park and Knottingley Park and Arboretum.
