Located in a historic Waimate building that has been lovingly restored to a modern and inviting bakery and café, The Waimate Bakery offers a huge selection of gourmet pies, sandwiches and salads, as well as pastries and sweets which are all made daily by our bakers.

Waitaki Bean

Delicious barista coffee using Atomic Veloce beans. Hot chocolates, chai lattes, tea, iced coffee & chocolates, and also some cold drinks are available.

We have some pre-packaged snacks available (cookies, slices, muffins, chocolate bars and lollies). Freshly toasted cheese rolls are available daily. Whitebait sammy's are available during the baiting season and a short time after. Vanessa looks forward to seeing you!
